The Youth Study Team/ Special Education Parent Advocacy Committee (SEPAC) - Lobby - Representatives from the Special Education Department are available to discuss and answer questions about our programs for classified students.
Radio/TV Broadcasting – 402/TV Studio - Come check out our facilities and witness live broadcasting in action.
Culinary Arts Kitchen – Room 1 – Crème Brûlée demonstration and tasting
Mario Kart Robotics Racing – Science Rooms 1 & 2 - Come learn about Sterling's Engineering offerings & compete in a Mario kart style race against other future knights, using Sterling student built VEX robots.
Wellness Activites – Annex 2 Media Center – Come check out some wellness activities with Ms. Kocher from our Guidance Department.
World Language Department – Room 107 – Activites will include: Trivia, information on Seal of Biliteracy, International Travel, Dual Language Credit, English language Immersion, Translation Services and more.
Theatre - Choir Room (Room 4) - Come experience some fun theatre games and find out about the theatre department at Sterling with some current students.
Sterling Saxophone Nonet - Band Room (Room 6) - Performing "Cantina Band" from Star Wars followed by a Q&A with the students about our instrumental opportunities.
Dance Company - Auditorium - Learn a dance combo and meet members of the dance company
Beaks of Finches Lab - Science 6 Room - Demonstrate natural selection through a competitive game!
Life/Transition Skills - Room 112/114 – We will be showcasing baked goods, soup jars, cookie jars, to show off our work and assembly skills. There will be an opportunity to make your own!
Poetry, Print-Making, and Possibilities - Room 116 - A combined lesson/demonstration using student poetry and print-making.
E-Sports – 309 - Sterling offers a Gaming Club and Esports Team that meet afterschool to play videogames and make friends. We will be talking a bit about what we do, the competitive side of Esports, and playing games Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Mario Kart on our school’s Nintendo Switches. Stop in to play a round of either game!
ROTC - Old Gym - Check out some ROTC drills in Marksmanship, Drones, Armed Drills
Mindful Movement - Wrestling Room/Fitness Center - Take some time to settle your mind and body with your Physical Education staff with Yoga and Tai Chi
